Update Physical Address and Licensing Post Office

The physical address is the actual address from which you plan to send mail, such as from a warehouse, or perhaps your company's Shipping Department, or perhaps your residence if you have a home-based business. Usually, this location corresponds to a specific local Post Office, which is usually your licensing Post Office. You can optionally override the licensing Post Office. Be sure to verify the correct and appropriate licensing Post Office with the USPS.

Physical address fields include:

• Street Address
• City
• State
• ZIP Code

The licensing or mailing Post Office is by default the local Post Office for your mailing address. When you change the physical address, a new licensing Post Office city, state, and ZIP are automatically assigned. You can change or override the licensing Post Office City, State, and ZIP Code if you plan to send mail through some other Post Office. It is strongly recommended that you verify with the Post Office any overrides that you make to the licensing or mailing Post Office.
