About the Insurance Claims Report

The Insurance Claims report lets you view a list of insurance claims for your account. The report shows you insurance claims by:

• Tracking Number
• Ship Date
• Claim Status: (one of the following values):
  • Pending Review
  • Under Review
  • Waiting on Documents
  • Awaiting Final Approval
  • Approved Pending Payment
  • Declined
  • Paid
  • Canceled
• Claim Value
• Buyer Name
• Destination

You can customize the report by:

• Date range for when claims were filed: defaults to last 30 days
• Claim amount range: defaults to 0-10000, which are the minimum and maximum values
• Destination country: list that defaults to "all" countries
