About the Types of Refunds

...must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of the print date. Note that the print date is day 0 (zero) of the 30-day limitation. Postage that qualifies for electronic refunds must have a confirmation number, or a tracking number, or a customs ID number. Electronic refunds include:

• Tracked items.
• Any indicium printed with an Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) or Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb).
• Domestic mail printed with USPS Tracking or Signature Confirmation.
• First-Class Mail International, First-Class Flats, and First-Class Envelopes.
• Domestic Priority Mail Express.
• Integrated layouts that include a customs ID, such as First Class Mail International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International.

...must be submitted within 60 (sixty) days of the print date. The refund request should be mailed no later than 60 days from print date, so that Endicia has time to process your refund request.

If your mailpiece does not have a confirmation number, tracking number, or customs number, it must be a physical-proof refund.

Important! All refund requests for postage printed using DYMO Stamps or DYMO Printable Postage are physical-proof refund requests.
