Circle Commerce Manager (CCM) is the company's solution for the Order Management Software / Multi-Channel Merchant market. Companies that sell direct to their customers through a combination of websites, catalogs, and retail stores use CCM.
CCM is a full featured package, and includes all of the modules required to successfully run a multi-channel business, including:
- Extensive support for call center operations, with high function Order Entry and Customer Service applications, and deep integration with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange as a part of CRM functionality.
