Request an Electronic Refund

Only tracked items and integrated Priority Mail International labels that were printed within the last 30 (thirty) days and were never scanned by the US Postal Service are eligible for an electronically submitted refund. Electronically submitted refunds are also known as E-Refunds. Otherwise, follow the refund procedure.

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, select the transaction to be refunded.
  2. Select Actions > E-Refund.

    Your browser may display your account login page.

  3. If prompted, enter your account credentials.

    Your browser displays the Refund Request page.

  4. Follow the instructions on the Refund Request page to submit your electronic refund request.

    Most refunds are processed two (2) weeks after the original refund request
