In addition to the option of automatically importing order information into DAZzle, you can import unshipped order information on demand.
Steps
On the Web Store Orders tab > Show orders from list, select All Stores or a specific store from which to retrieve unshipped orders.
Select Order > Import Orders Now or click the Refresh icon.
