The optional Adult Signature service lets you request the verified signature of an adult upon delivery. For more information, see About the Adult Signature Tab.
Steps
Create or display your domestic label or envelope layout.
Select a supported mail class or service.
From either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select Postage > Options.
Select the Adult Signature tab.
Select the service:
Adult Signature Required—requires the signature of anyone 21 years of age or older at the recipient address.
Adult Signature Restricted Delivery—requires the signature of the addressee only or their designee, who must be 21 years of age or older.
