About Printing Labels

You can print labels using various methods, including:

One label at a time—On the Order Lookup tab, you can manually enter data or use a data source interface to retrieve an order number. See See "Print Single Labels".
From QuickBooks invoices—You can retrieve order and shipping information from Intuit QuickBooks. See Print a Shipping Label Using QuickBooks Data.
Through Endicia Global Service—You can use an alternative means of shipping to Brazil and Mexico. See About Endicia Global Service and About Preparing Endicia Global Service Shipping Labels.
Multiple labels of the same shipment—On the Order Lookup tab, you can print multiple USPS domestic outbound or return labels of the same shipment transaction for multiple packages. See See "Print Multiple Labels".
In batches—On the Batch Print tab, you can print labels in groups or multiples. See About the Batch Print Tab.

Note: When you first install Endicia Professional, test printing mode is initially set so that only test labels are printed without charging your account. After you complete your setup and are sure everything is working correctly, you can turn off the test printing mode.
