Reprint a Canada Returns Shipping Label

Endicia Professional can provide you a PDF copy of the original Canada Returns shipping label.

• Important! If you create Canada Returns shipping labels through Endicia Professional, you can view those transaction records on the Endicia Professional Postage Log and the online account reports. Note that the DAZzle Postage Log does not show you transaction records of Canada Returns shipping labels that you create through Endicia Professional.

In the Postage Log, you can identify a Canada Returns shipping label transaction by one or more of the following:

• The word "Return" in the Outbound column.
• The Recipient column or the "From address" in the details pane is a Canadian address.
• Important! You must use the correct two-letter abbreviation for Canadian provinces and territories!
• Generic international mail classes in the Type column—Economy, Standard, or Expedited.

Steps

1. In Endicia Professional, on the Postage Log tab, select the item to reprint.

2. Click the Reprint button.

   Alternately, right-click a Postage Log item and select Reprint.
