Create a Paired Pay-on-Use Returns Label on the Order Lookup Tab

You can set up Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns (EPR) labels to use the paired label method when:

You print the outbound shipping label.
You want to print an EPR label at the same time. For example, you would include the EPR label inside the outbound package.

To use EPR functionality, you must contact an Endicia sales representative to:

Agree to specific terms and conditions.
Have your account enabled for EPR labels.

After Endicia has enabled your account, you must set up Endicia Professional to print return shipping label options. For more information, see See "Set Up Returns Shipping Labels".

Note: The Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) feature is available only for US-domestic mail.

Steps

Select the Order Lookup tab.
Select Edit > Preferences.
In the Return Labels area:
1. Select Use Pay-on-Use Returns service for return labels.
2. Select Print return label after shipping label.
3. Verify or change Mail Class, Tracking, Weight, Insurance, and Value .
4. Optional: Click Use this address for return labels and enter any changes that you require.
  For example, you might require a different destination address for the return shipping label.
Click OK to return to the Order Lookup tab.
For the outbound label, retrieve the order, and verify or change mail class, weight, insurance, and any other options.
When you are ready to print both outbound and the Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns shipping label, select File > Print Return Label.
