Create an On-Demand Pay-on-Use Returns Label on the Order Lookup Tab

You can create Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns (EPR) labels through Order Lookup using either the paired label method or the on-demand label method. The following Steps describe how to use the on-demand method.

Note: The Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) feature is available only for US-domestic mail.

To use EPR functionality, you must contact an Endicia sales representative to:

Agree to specific terms and conditions.
Have your account enabled for EPR labels.

After Endicia has enabled your account, you must set up Endicia Professional to print return shipping label options. For more information, see See "Set Up Returns Shipping Labels".

Steps

Select the Order Lookup tab.
Select Edit > Preferences.
In the Return Labels area, select Use Pay-on-Use Returns service for return labels.
Click OK to return to the Order Lookup tab.
Complete the Order Lookup tab, such as order retrieval, the customer's address, mail class and services, package weight and dimensions, additional details, service options, and reference fields.
When you are ready to print, select File > Print Return Label.
