Enable Endicia Global Service Mail Class

After you have opted in to the Endicia Global Service and have agreed to the terms and conditions, you need to enable the Endicia Global Service mail class.

Note: EGS is currently available only to Brazil and Mexico.

Steps

In Endicia Professional, select Edit > Preferences.
Select the Active Mail Classes tab.
In the International area, select Endicia Global Service.
Click OK.

Note: If you are using EGS with Batch Print, you must also update your Order Lookup Data Map, Batch Print Data Map, or both—if you use both—for the Tax and Duties Payer and Recipient Tax ID fields.
