You may have a situation where you need to change the status of a "Shipped" order to "Unshipped". For example, if you had printed the web store shipping label, but then the order was delayed or canceled or you had to request a label refund, you would mark the order as "Unshipped" (assuming that you had not already shipped the order).
Important! This feature is not available for integrated Amazon web store orders.
Steps
On the Postage Log tab, select the "Shipped" order that you want to change to "Unshipped".
Click the Mark as Unshipped button.
The shipped status and tracking number at the online marketplace is erased.
The order appears on the Batch Print tab the next time you import web store orders.
The Postage Log entry no longer shows the store name or order ID because the label is no longer associated with the order.
