As of January 21, 2018, USPS First-Class Mail International Service for Flats containing merchandise is no longer available directly from the USPS. The good news? Endicia has created an affordable replacement for the discontinued First-Class Mail International Flat Service for merchandise, providing lower rates than those of First-Class Package International Service, the Postal Service's alternative to First-Class Mail International Service for Flats. Our new International Flat service allows you to continue to ship merchandise to international destinations in large envelopes/flats (with maximum dimensions of 12" height by 15" length, and a maximum thickness of 0.75") at a significant cost savings compared to First-Class Package International Service.
With Endicia's new International Flat service, you can save up to 65 percent compared to First-Class Package International Service when sending merchandise internationally using large envelopes and flats. Our new service has another distinct benefit—while you are still required to provide customs information, all customs forms are submitted electronically, which means no more forms for you to print!
