Endicia Bank-to-Bank Payment Options

NOTE: The options described only cover postage purchases. Service plan fees will be charged to the Endicia service fee payment method that you have selected which may be different from the postage payment method.

Credit Card

The credit card on file is used to purchase postage for your account. If the credit card is declined, your postage balance will not be credited. If you do not have enough funds to print a label, you will not be able to print until the credit card charge is authorized. To use this payment method, please follow the instructions in the Endicia Learning Center.

ACH Withdrawal (Direct Debit)

With ACH Withdrawal, Endicia withdraws funds from your bank account and credits your postage account. If we receive insufficient funds notice from your bank, funds will be reversed and you may not be able to print labels.

To use this payment method please contact Endicia support. An Endicia representative will email you an ACH activation form to start the process. You may also request ACH ID / Filter ID information to provide to your financial institution.

NOTE: Endicia reserves the right to charge any overdue fees or other delinquent payment owed by Customer by direct debit from a U.S. based checking account (ACH). See Endicia Terms and Conditions for more information.
