Create Account Reports

The following is a list of reports that you can create:

ClosedAll Transactions

ClosedPostage Prints

ClosedPostage Purchases

ClosedMail Class Chart

You can create transaction reports by specifying values in lists and fields, including:

Steps

  1. Select Account > View Transaction Reports.

    The Account Transactions page appears in your web browser.

  2. Filter the transaction report by selecting or specifying values from the lists and in the fields.
  3. Optionally, select the Export check box to generate report that you can import into your spreadsheet application.
  4. Click the Submit button.
  5. Optionally, select File > Print in your web browser to print the report.
