Request a Refund Using a Free Account
The following Steps describe how to request a refund using a free service plan account.
Steps
- Log in to your account page.
- Click Account Transactions.
- Select Request A Refund.
- Generate a list of transactions for the appropriate timeframe—select either:
- Select refunds for all transactions and enter a date range.
- Select refunds from all transactions in the last 60 days.
- Click Go.

Select the transactions that need to be refunded and submit the refund request online.
You can request up to 100 refund transactions at a time.
- Print Refund Request Form 3533 PCP-X.

Mail the form, with the original physical mailpiece label for each transaction, to:

Request a Refund Using a Paid Endicia Service Plan Account
The following Steps describe how to request a refund using a paid-for (such as Endicia Standard, Premium, or ProfessionalEndicia for Mac) for or .
Steps
- Log in to your account page.
- From the My Account tab, select Tools > Request a Postage Refund.
- Select Select refunds from all transactions and enter a beginning and ending date range.
- Click Go.

Select the transactions that need to be refunded and submit the refund request online.
You can request up to 100 refund transactions at a time.
