Order Shipping Process

  • Priority Mail® orders usually ship within 24-48 hours after e-mail confirmation, Monday through Friday. Valid orders submitted before 12:00 PM PST frequently ship the same day unless an item is out of stock or otherwise noted.
  • Priority Mail Express® orders usually ship within 24 hours after e-mail confirmation, Monday through Friday. Priority Mail Express orders completed before 10:00 AM PST assure prompt shipping. (Orders are periodically checked for fraudulent activity.)

Starter Kit Bundle Order Information

A step-by-step instruction sheet for receiving Endicia service plan credits is included in each starter kit bundle shipment. Credits are applied to both current and new Endicia account holders (12 months for Endicia Standard Accounts, 7 months for Endicia Premium and Mac Accounts, and 4 months for Endicia Professional Accounts).

Refund and Return Policy

Endicia will gladly refund or exchange items purchased within 30 days from date of purchase. (Refunds do not include shipping charges.) Opened or used labels cannot be returned. Items returned, as verifiably non-defective will only incur a restocking fee if priced over $50.00.

Endicia will not accept exchanges or returns on labels or hardware not purchased directly from Endicia.

Label Stock

  • * 30-day return policy for full refund—item must be unused and include all original packaging.
  • $10 restocking fee for non-defective label returns. NO restocking fees for orders under $50.00.
  • In the rare case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped labels, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. (Restocking and shipping fees are waived in this case.)

Hardware: Printers and Scales

  • * 30-day return policy for full refund—item must be unused and include all original packaging.
  • $10 restocking fee for returns on non-defective printers and scales
  • Defective equipment:
    • Endicia will exchange or refund defective Endicia scales for up to one year from date of purchase.
    • For DYMO® LabelWriter® printers and scales that require repair or replacement, please contact DYMO technical support for assistance: 1-866-724-8324.
    • CardScan® Executive Business Card Scanners include a limited manufacturer’s warranty—12 months for parts and 12 months for labor. For repairs or replacement, please contact CardScan® at 877-724-8324.
    • Defective Zebra® printers have a 30-day return policy with Endicia. Beyond 30 days, please contact Zebra for repair at 1-877-275-9327 or
    • For all defective equipment under warranty, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email. When the item is verified as defective, a replacement unit will be shipped to you.
  • 75lb scales include a one-year Endicia warranty.
  • DYMO® LabelWriter® printers and DYMO Scales include a two-year manufacturer's limited warranty.
  • Zebra printers include a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty only to the original end user (except bar code print heads, other normal wear items, chargers, and power supplies, and hardware keys).
