How does it work? It’s pretty simple. Unlike most USPS labels, Endicia’s Pay-on-Use Returns labels are not pre-paid. Postage is only deducted from your Endicia postage account if and when the return label is scanned in the mail stream. So, if your customer doesn’t return an item, you are never charged for the postage.
