Maximize your shipping season productivity with Endicia support

Endicia Customer Email NewsletterPeak shipping season is almost here, and we are preparing ourselves to best help your business during this high-demand time.

Every shipping season, between October and December, demand for technical assistance is high. To ensure no interruptions to your printing and shipping needs during the shipping season, please review these helpful tips:

  • If you have not used your Endicia account for a while or if you are a seasonal shipper, we strongly encourage you to make sure your account is still active and that you’re still able to print shipping labels. Do this now.
  • If you have not updated your Endicia software recently, we advise doing this in order to avoid upgrading issues.
  • Need technical support? Endicia is very quick to reply to support emails and web-submitted cases, and we encourage you to use these channels to communicate with Endicia support so you don’t spend valuable time waiting on the phone.
  • When emailing us or submitting a web ticket, please provide your Endicia account number and as much information as you can describing the problem, as this will help us help you faster.
  • Our no. 1 call issue is bad logins that result in account suspension. Avoid picking up the phone just to reset your passphrase by asking your team members to be diligent when logging in. Remember, the main reason Endicia suspends bad logins after three trials is for your own account protection --printing postage costs you money!
