Note that the Canada return shipping service requires a Premium or higher service plan account.
Step
From the Quick Label tab or the Postage Log tab, click the Returns button.
A window displays the Canada Returns terms and conditions, which you can review and accept. After accepting the terms and conditions and closing the window, your Endicia software will be enabled to create Canada return shipment labels.
