About Log Files

DAZzle stores a local log file on each personal computer from which you run DAZzle. If you run DAZzle from more than one personal computer, then each personal computer has a unique local log file. The local log file is the version that appears on the Postage Log tab, which shows a history of all postage transactions, including printing and postage transactions as well as tracking information and integrated web store post-back status. If you archive or lose your local log file, you can access your full log file at Endicia.

 

Note that only the local log file has refund information.

In addition to the local and full log files, Endicia Technical Support may need some diagnostics log files to help you set up your system. The diagnostic log files are available only if needed.
