Access the Full Log File at Endicia

Your log file at endicia.com—also known as the full log file—is the master record of your account activity. The log file contains all activity on the account—no matter which computer was used. The online log file includes postage prices and refund information that your installation of DAZzle does not include.

For example, if you archive or lose your computer log file, you can access your log file at endicia.com.

Steps

On the Postage Log tab, select Actions > Log at Endicia.com.

Your web browser displays the Customer Sign In page.

Enter your Account Number and Internet Password, and click the Login button.
- Important! Depending on when you created your Endicia account or how your account is configured, you might need to enter your Pass Phrase instead of the Internet Password. For more information, see About Pass Phrases and Internet Passwords.
