Set Up and Print Integrated Customs Forms

You can use certain label layouts to print shipping labels that include customs forms. These customs forms are known as integrated customs forms. Depending on the shipping parameters—such as mail class, destination, weight, size, value, and package type—DAZzle automatically selects the appropriate customs form type and number of pages. You can include up to 1000 line items on the customs form.

Some samples of integrated customs forms follow. Mouse over the small images to view larger sizes.
