Manually Send Tracking Numbers to eBay—Standard Accounts

Important! For Standard service plan accounts only! If you have a Premium, Professional, or higher-level service plan account, see Shipments Through the Web Store.

If you are an eBay seller and you had forgotten to send tracking numbers to eBay when you printed the label, you can send tracking numbers of those mailpieces to eBay from the Postage Log tab.

Note: Before you can send tracking information to eBay, you must authorize DAZzle with eBay through DAZzle if you have not done so already.

Steps

On the Postage Log tab, right-click the postage transaction for which you want to send tracking information to eBay.
From the shortcut menu, select Send Tracking Number to eBay.

Alternately, select the transaction and select Actions > Send Tracking Number to eBay.
