Print Mailpieces Using Addresses from the Address Book

You can print mailpieces using selected addresses that appear on the Address Book tab of DAZzle. To add addresses into the Address Book, you can use the import command or manually enter an address.

Alternately, you can print mailpieces using an external source rather than the Address Book.

The following steps assume that you have already verified and tested the alignment and printing of your mailpieces.

Steps

On the Design tab, design or select an existing layout for the mailpieces.
On the Address Book tab, select the addresses to print.

Tip! You can use the Edit > Select command to help with this.

Click the Print button.
DAZzle displays the Print dialog box.
Click OK.

DAZzle displays the DAZzle is Printing message box while printing.
