You can print mailpieces using addresses from an external source. Examples of external sources include:

ClosedThe Clipboard ...MORE

ClosedDAZzle Express ...MORE

ClosedThird-Party Products ...MORE

When you print mailpieces using addresses from an external source, DAZzle prints all the addresses from that external source.

Alternately, you can print mailpieces using the DAZzle Address Book rather an external source.

The following steps assume that you have already verified and tested the alignment and printing of your mailpieces.

Steps

  1. On the Design tab, design or select an existing layout for the mailpieces.
  2. If the US domestic delivery addresses on the list have not been verified, run Layout > Dial-A-ZIP for the list.
  3. Select File > Print from and select the type of file to print.

  4. When prompted, enter a filename and any additional information that DAZzle needs to print the addresses in the file.

DAZzle displays the DAZzle is Printing message box while printing the addresses.
