Create, Open, Rename, or Remove an Address Book

Endicia Professional includes a default Address Book, but you can create , open, rename, and remove Address Books.

You can also import and export Address Books.

Create a New Address Book

Steps

  1. From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter a name of your new Address Book.
  4. Click Close.

    The name of your selected Address Book appears the upper-right area of the Address Book tab.

  5. To add contacts, see Add an Address into the Address Book.

Open an Address Book

Steps

  1. From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
  2. In the Manage Address Books dialog box, select an Address Book.
  3. Click Close.

    The name of your selected Address Book appears the upper-right area of the Address Book tab, and the Address Book tab displays the contacts.

Rename an Address Book

Steps

  1. From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
  2. Double-click an Address Book name.
  3. Enter your changes.
  4. Click Close.

Remove an Address Book

Steps

  1. From the Address Book tab, click the Manage button.
  2. Select an Address Book and click Remove.
  3. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the Address Book.
  4. Click Close.
