Verify or Track Package Status

You can verify the status of mailpieces that have one of the following:

• USPS Tracking Number.
• International Electronic Delivery Confirmation (E-DelCon) Number.
• Customs ID number with Priority Mail International, First-Class Mail International (FCMI), or First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS).
• For Canada Returns shipments, see Track Status of Canada Returns Shipping Labels.
• Note: Items that appear on the Postage Log tab are local log items. The local log is specific to the computer that you are using.

Steps

1. Select the Postage Log tab.
2. Select the item in the log list.

3. Click the Check Status button.

   Alternately, right-click a Postage Log item and select Check Status.

   Endicia Professional queries the USPS status database and displays the current package status.
