Create a Profile

Each new profile that you create inherits the settings of the profile that is active when you click the New Profile button. You can set up profiles on the Order Lookup tab. For more information, see About Profiles.

The use of profiles is optional.

Steps

  1. On the Order Lookup tab, in the Active Profile field (lower-left area), select the profile on which you want to base your new profile.
  2. Click the New Profile button.
  3. In the New Profile dialog box, enter the name of your new profile.
  4. Click OK.

    After you have added profiles, you can switch to other profiles by selecting the profile from the Active Profile field on the Order Lookup or the Batch Print tabs.
