Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns (EPR) labels provide your customers with US-domestic return labels for which you pay the postage and fees only when the return shipping label enters the mailstream. Upon entering the mailstream, the USPS scans the EPR shipping label, and the system automatically deducts the amount from your postage balance.
Note: The Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) feature is available only for US-domestic mail.
By using EPR labels, you can potentially:
Create a positive experience for your customers by providing them with printed, ready-to-use, "paid-for" return shipping labels.
Save money if your customer never uses the EPR shipping label.
After Endicia has enabled your account, you must set up Endicia Professional to print return shipping label options. For more information, see See "Set Up Returns Shipping Labels".
