Create a Pay-on-Use Returns Label on the Postage Log Tab
You can create Endicia Pay-on-Use Returns (EPR) labels by using the Shipment History Method through the Postage Log. You can use Shipment History Method after you have printed an outbound shipping label, such as when your customer requests to return an item.
Note: The Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) feature is available only for US-domestic mail.
After Endicia has enabled your account, you must set up Endicia Professional to print return shipping label options. For more information, see See "Set Up Returns Shipping Labels".
Steps
Select Edit > Preferences.
In the Return Labels area, select Use Pay-on-Use Returns service for return labels.
Click OK.
On the Postage Log tab, locate and right-click the outbound shipping label entry that you have already printed.
From the shortcut menu, select Print Return Label.
Endicia Professional displays the Order Lookup tab.
To print, select File > Print Return Label or select from the Print Button fly-out menu.
Endicia Professional automatically switches the original mailing and delivery addresses and populates the mail class and weight from the outbound shipment label. You can change any of the values on the Return Label window.
Endicia Professional creates the EPR label, which you can send by email or regular mail to the customer.
