Request a Refund Using Endicia for Mac

Steps

1. From Endicia for Mac, click the Mailing Log icon.
2. Select the item that needs refunding.
3. Click the Refund icon.
4. If you are re-directed to the Endicia website and the Refund Request page, follow the instructions to search for the mailpiece and request a refund.
5. If you do not have access to the computer where you printed the postage, you can request a refund through your Endicia account pages:
1. Log in to your Endicia online account.
2. Select Tools > Request a Postage Refund.
