Print the Refund Request Form

If you had submitted a request for a physical-proof refund online, you can reprint the Refund Request Form through the Refund Requests report.

• Note: If you have a mixed refund, that is, some pieces are under electronic refund submission (e-refund), while other pieces are under physical submission (physical proof), print the form for the physical proof submission and send Endicia the items that are listed on the form.

Steps

1. Log in to your Endicia online account.

2. Select Reports > Refund Request History.
3. Select the Form ID link for the request.
4. If the request was a physical submission:
   1. Click Refund Form.
      • Note: If the request was an electronic submission, the Refund Form link is not available because the data was sent electronically. With this type of refund, no refund form or postage label is required.
   2. Print the form again.

   3. Send the form with the mailpiece that is listed on the form.
