View the Status of E-Refund Requests

Electronic refund (e-refund) requests do not immediately appear on your Refund Requests page.

The request should appear on the Refund Request History report the next day.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Endicia online account.

  2. Select Reports > Refund Request History.
  3. To see details about a particular refund request, select the Form ID link.
