Request a Package Pickup

You can schedule your USPS carrier to pick up your packages when the USPS delivers regular mail. You must include at least one of the following mail classes or service types to qualify for scheduled package pickup:

• Priority Mail
• Priority Mail Express
• International

You can track your scheduled package pickup through the Package Pickups Report.

Steps

1. Log in to your Endicia online account.

2. From the My Account tab, select Tools > Package Pickup.
3. Verify the Pickup Location. This is physical location on file. If the physical location address is different, you can change it by selecting Update Profile > Physical Address & Local Post Office.
4. By mail class or service, enter the number of packages for pickup:
   • Priority Mail Express
   • Priority Mail
   • International
   • Other

5. Enter the estimated total weight.

   This is the sum of the package weights of all the packages included in the pickup. Single packages cannot exceed 70 lbs.

6. Select the pickup location, such as the Front Door, Back Door, Reception area, Mailbox, and so on.
7. Optional: Enter special instructions.

8. Click Schedule.

   The pickup date is usually the next available date at your physical location on file.
