Occasionally, a server might be unavailable. To help you troubleshoot Dial-A-ZIP delivery address verification access issues, you can select another Internet address or domain to connect to. Note that in some situations, you might have an address verification address that is specific to your company.
Steps
In DAZzle, from either the Design tab or the Address Book tab, select File > Preferences.
Select the Address Verification tab.
In the Method area, select the Dial-A-ZIP option.
In the Address field, do one of the following:
Select a web address from the list.
If you are using an internal or intranet means instead of a web address, enter the address that your corporate support staff has provided you.
