Make sure that either you have done one of the following:
- Correctly selected the Dial-A-ZIP web address (URL) from the list.
- Entered some other web address if that is required of you by your employer.
Corporate and other sites may run their own intranet address verification, and thus, the web address may be different. If you are sure the web address has been entered correctly, you may have an access problem, such as a proxy server or firewall blocking access.
