About the Bring to Front Command

Available from the Design tab, select Edit > Bring to Front to move the currently selected item on top of any other overlapping items. The Bring to Front command, in conjunction with the Send to Back command, controls the placement of items so that an item (for example, an image) appears in front of or behind another item.

Note: Generally you should not place any object on top of the delivery address or other mailing information (for example, barcodes, stamp box).
