About the Send to Back Command

Available from the Design tab, select Send to Back to move the currently selected item behind any other overlapping items. The Send to Back command on the Design tab, in conjunction with the Bring to Front command, controls the placement of items so that an item (for example, an image) appears in front of or behind another item..

Note: Generally, you should not place any object on top of the delivery address or other mailing information (for example, barcodes, Rubber Stamp box).
