Link a Rubber Stamp to a Reference or an Address List Field

You can link fields from a reference list or an address list for use in a Rubber Stamp. For information about creating a Rubber Stamp, see Add a Rubber Stamp. In addition to address list fields, additional fields are available. For more information, see About Linking Additional Fields.

Steps

Create a Rubber Stamp and select the Link to reference field option.
Select one of the hundred Rubber Stamp fields on the list.
If you are printing from an external file, map one of the Address List fields to that DAZzle Rubber Stamp field.
If you are using a PIM or Contact Manager:
1. Select File > Preferences > PIMs.
2. Click the Setup button.
3. Map one of the PIM fields to the DAZzle Rubber Stamp field.
When printing, DAZzle reads the address field from the file or PIM and changes the Rubber Stamp to be that data.

Note: If the field is empty for a given address in the file or PIM, DAZzle cannot print the mailpiece label.
