About Business Reply Mail

Note the following about Business Reply Mail (BRM):

IMPORTANT! Always verify your layout with your USPS Mailpiece Design Analyst to make sure that your mailpiece has been properly created. The rules about BRM are very strict, and your BRM mailpieces may be rejected if the US Postal Service has not approved your BRM layout.
Current postal regulations only allow the use of nine-digit barcodes inside the standard barcode. DAZzle automatically switches your barcode to the appropriate number of ZIP Code digits.
The ZIP Code used for BRM addresses is unique to the BRM mailpiece. These ZIP Codes are not in the national address database!
- Do not use your normal ZIP Code on the BRM.
- Do not use your BRM ZIP Code on non-BRM mail.
- Do not use Dial-A-ZIP address verification to look up BRM ZIP Codes.
You must have Envelope Manager LE. If you do not have one of those programs, send an email with your serial or account number and DAZzle version number to tech@envmgr.com to request it. In your email message, include your serial number or account number and which version of DAZzle you are running (select Help > About).
