Using the DAZzle XML Features

Steps

1. From the Address Book tab, select either File > Import or File > Export.
2. Select Text, XML Format as the file type.

1. From the Design tab, select Layout > Dial-A-ZIP from External File.
2. Select Text, XML Format as the file type.

Instead of importing the addresses, you can print the addresses directly from your file.

1. Select File > Print from External File.
2. Select Text, XML Format as the file type.

By monitoring a directory for XML files, DAZzle can automatically run a print or address verification job. This feature is available on the Premium Options tab.

If you have an address in XML format in the Clipboard, you can do one of the following:

• Paste this address onto your layout (select Edit > Paste Address).
• Run Dial-A-ZIP on the address (select Layout > Dial-A-ZIP from Clipboard).
