About Using DAZzle on Multiple Computers

You can use Endicia software on multiple computers using the same service plan account number and Pass Phrase on each computer, so that mailpiece transactions all draw postage from the same account.

Important! You cannot share a single service plan account between computers that use Microsoft Windows and Mac software.

You must sign up for an Endicia service plan account only one time, which provides you with one account number, one Pass Phrase, and (if you signed up before February 17, 2015) one Internet Password. After you sign up, install the DAZzle software on each computer.

Important! If you ever change or reset your shared Pass Phrase, you must update the Pass Phrase on each computer in each application that uses that same account Pass Phrase. Applications that can use the same account Pass Phrase include DAZzle, DYMO Stamps, and DYMO Printable Postage. Be sure that other users are aware of any Pass Phrase changes, otherwise, anyone who enters the incorrect Pass Phrase five times will result in the account becoming locked for everyone who uses that shared account until the Pass Phrase is reset.

Regarding Log Files...

...each machine on which you install DAZzle has a separate local log file.

To see a list of ALL the postage printed from all computers for the one account, log in to your Endicia Postage Account with your account number and Internet Password and select Account Transactions.
