About the List Options Tab

If you are printing a list of addresses from the Address Book list, a file, or the Clipboard, you can print all addresses, a single address, or a range of addresses (by number on the list).

• To print all addresses on the list, use the default numbers. The range is from 1 (one) to the last record number.
• To print a single address out of your list, enter that record number in both the From and To fields. (Click the Find button to locate the record number.)
• To print a range of addresses, enter beginning and ending record numbers in the From and To fields. (Click the Find button to locate the record numbers.)

If you do not know the range of record numbers to specify in the Range (Lists Only) fields, you can perform a search by clicking the Find button. For more information, see Find Address Record Number.
