Enable or Disable Customs Forms and Options

• Note: The setup or changes that you make in the following Steps apply only to the current profile.

Steps

1. If you are using profiles, verify that you have selected the correct profile: On the Order Lookup tab or the Batch Print tab, in the Active Profile field, view or select the desired profile.
2. In Endicia Professional, select Edit > Preferences.
3. Select the Printing and Customs tab.
4. To enable customs forms, select the following check boxes:
   • Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
   • Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
   • Automatically print customs forms
5. To disable customs forms, clear the following check boxes:
• Prompt for customs information when printing APO/FPO postage
• Prompt for customs information when printing international postage
• Automatically print customs forms
6. Click OK.
