Note: Use the same computer from which you printed the postage.
Select the item that needs refunding.
Select Actions > E-Refund.
If you are redirected to the Endicia website and the Refund Request page, log in to your Endicia online account.
Follow the instructions to search for the mailpiece and request a refund.
Note: If you do not have access to the computer where you printed the postage, you can request a refund through your Endicia account pages: Log in to your Endicia online account. After you log in, select Tools > Request a Postage Refund.
