About the Web Store Orders Tab

The Web Store Orders tab shows you your imported, unshipped web store orders by Store Name, Order ID, Order Date, Customer Name, Email Address, Shipping Method, Package Type, and Weight.

Note: Currently, web store marketplace integration is available only with eBay and Amazon.

Through the Web Store Orders tab, you can:

Download ready-to-be-shipped orders from online marketplaces—such as eBay or Amazon.com—to DAZzle.
Manage order shipments.
- Automatically or manually import orders into DAZzle.
- Print shipping labels for orders imported into DAZzle.
- Manually mark orders as Shipped in case you had printed the shipping label before you had imported the order.
- Mark orders as Unshipped (eBay only) in case there was a problem, cancellation, or change after you had printed the shipping label but before you shipped the order.
- Optionally, combine unshipped orders to a customer at the same delivery address into a single shipment.
Automatically post back order shipping status and tracking number to your online marketplace.
- Tip! You can view the post-back status on the Postage Log tab.
Manage multiple web stores: filter your view to show one or all web stores by selecting from the Show orders from list.
Manage your web stores: add and authorize, rename, reauthorize, and remove web stores.

The first time you select the Web Store Orders tab, a Getting Started wizard guides you through the setup for Endicia marketplace integration. Follow the prompts to add and set up a store.
